Meet the founder, Abby Knowles

CyberFitSilver (CFS) was created in 2025 by Abby Knowles, the Founder & Principal of ASKTech Works LLC. Previously, Abby was a senior  global technology executive at a Fortune 50 organization leading technology and business transformations including cybersecurity governance. In addition to her technology expertise, Abby is also known for her ability to simplify complex technology into clear, engaging stories that empower people to take action. Abby is a also masters track athlete who competed in Division 1 college athletics.

Through CyberFitSilver, she brings her expertise in cybersecurity, her experience in physical fitness and her passion for storytelling to help seniors build confidence, stay safe online, and thrive in the digital world.

Abby is a member of the Global Women in CyberSecurity (WiCys) organization as well as an accredited AI strategy and Implementation leader.
